BA in International Relations from Malmö University, Sweden. Svetoslava is currently part of the team selecting companies for Endeavor’s Dare to Scale 4-month accelerator for late-stage startups.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Svetoslava was a co-organizer and co-moderator of the first Bulgarian edition of Teens in AI, an award-winning hackathon officially launched at the UN’s AI For Good Global Summit 2018, offering young people aged 12-18 early exposure to AI for social good through a combination of expert mentoring, talks, workshops in AI/ML, human-centered design and ethics.

Being strongly passionate about social responsibility, Svetoslava is engaged in voluntary projects as a mentor to refugees from conflict-affected regions and communities.
