Rumen is a Partner at LAUNCHub Ventures, a leading seed stage venture capital firm in Bulgaria, investing predominantly in tech companies. Rumen co-manages the application, selection and investment process and the portfolio relations.

He can provide first hand advice with fundraising strategies for early stage teams, business modeling and initial strategy formulation as well as with insight on how to present to investors.

Before joining LAUNCHub, he had his own business consultancy practice focused on solving business issues and helping companies and their management to achieve various business goals. During his professional career Rumen has held various senior expert level positions at some of the biggest multinationals in Utilities and Insurance in the CEE Region.

Rumen holds a Mc in Finance from the University of Economics, Prague, the Czech Republic, and a MBA from the IEDC – Bled School of Management, Slovenia.
