Lubo Minchev is one of the founders of Telelink. After two leveraged buyout transactions, he became the majority shareholder of all the companies within the Telelink Group in 2012. Following a corporate reorganization in 2018, core operations of the Group were split among Telelink Business Services (TBS:BSE), Telelink Infra Services and TelelinkCity, with Lubo keeping majority holdings in all newly established companies. In 2020, Lubo founded TelelinkInvestments – a dedicated investment vehicle putting under one roof all his investments in start-ups, three of which are intrapreneur spin-offs from the Telelink Group.

For the last 20 years Lubo has been supporting more than 35 start-ups and scale-ups as investor, co-investor and mentor.
