Endeavor’s Growth Program – Dare to Scale – has officially selected 10 companies to join the pilot class. The program, powered by Postbank and supported by Scalefocus and BSMEPA, is aiming to support early stage high-growth companies. With more than 30 shortlisted candidates, Endeavor’s mentors and partners’ experts interviewed the candidates to select the 10 companies that best meet the selection criteria.
The program will run over September – December 2019. Selected companies will go through an intense program led by been-there-done-that entrepreneurs, executives and investors. The projected workshops are divided in 4 modules – Sales, Marketing, Financing, and Organization – to help entrepreneurs achieve a perfect product-market fit, set up a scalable sales process, learn the knits and grits of raising capital, and build a stellar organizational culture.
The 10 companies in the Dare to Scale Class of 2019:
Dev.bg – The biggest IT network in Bulgaria, organizing 180 events a year. Utilizing the strong brand and large community DEV.BG has proven to be a great sandbox for testing new hiring tools and services. The company is now focusing on a new business line – Hire Heroes.
DNH Soft – An agile software development company focused on e-commerce, web/mobile apps and Amazon WebServices Cloud based solutions. The company has also developed its own software product that it plans to bring to market soon.
With an official start of the program in September 2019, we are excited to work together with these inspiring founders!
